The Frost Bank Center is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests. Accessible seating and companion seating are available on all levels, along with convenient disability parking and in-house public address (PA) support. Assistive Listening Devices are available at Guest Services, located on the Plaza Level near Section 101, for every event.

The venue is also equipped with accessible public restrooms, water fountains, and concession stands to ensure ease and comfort throughout your visit.

Our facility was designed with accessibility in mind, and we strive to accommodate guests with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 and applicable state regulations. We are committed to proactively recognizing and responding to the needs of all guests.
