Ticket Information

The Frost Bank Center Box Office is Open Event Days Only.  The box office opens 3 hours prior to the event start time. 

Tickets may be purchased at www.ticketmaster.com or by using the Ticketmaster App on your mobile device.  You may also purchase tickets in person at the Frost Bank Center Box Office. Please note tickets for Frost Bank Center & Freeman Coliseum events are sold online only for the first 7 days of public on-sale. 

Remaining tickets available for any event may be purchased at the box office on the next event day. Fans can pay for tickets using valid debit or credit cards, or mobile wallets (Apple Pay & Google Pay.)  There are no refunds or exchanges on any tickets for a Frost Bank Center event.  If any event is cancelled or rescheduled, please contact the original point of purchase for a refund.

The Frost Bank Center Box Office is located at the southeast corner of the Frost Bank Center near the SE VIP Entrance.  Fans can access the box office by entering Gate C (off Houston St.) or Gate D (off Frost Bank Center Drive.)  Box office parking during non-event hours is available in Lot 3.

The Frost Bank Center offers onsite parking, secure your spot in advance for easy access! If you haven’t pre-purchased parking, be ready to pay upon entry using tap-to-pay with a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Wallet. Cash is not accepted.

The Freeman Coliseum is located next door to the Frost Bank Center at 3201 E. Houston St.  Tickets may be purchased at www.ticketmaster.com, through the Ticketmaster App or at the Frost Bank Center Box Office on event days only.
